Venue:        Church of the Epiphany Hall, Crafers

Day:            Thursday – weekly (except school hols)

Starts:         7th February to 12th December 2019.

Time:           1.30 – 3.30 pm

No prior learning required; however, students must be able to stand and move unaided, and be medically capable of participating in a dancing class with gentle to moderately vigorous exercise.

Circle Dancing combines easy to learn dance steps such as walking, swaying, slip step, grapevines & more with uplifting music from around the world.  With careful teaching, dancers soon find their variations fall away as the music plays on and by the end of the dance, the circle is often moving as one, which is a very uplifting moment for us all, novices & experienced dancers alike.  For us, the focus is on enjoying the dancing & not obsessing about getting the steps right.  We learn about different cultures through dance & music and enjoy chatting together at afternoon tea time.  Please wear comfortable clothes and suitable shoes and bring a water bottle.

A gold coin donation each session to cover Lyn’s expenses in maintaining equipment, preparing notes and developing resources.
